These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the ReviewX mobile application and any related services operated by Sridhar (the "Service Provider"). By downloading or using the Application, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully before use.
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, the Service Provider grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable licence to install and use the Application on a personal mobile device for personal or internal business purposes.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Application, except to the extent expressly permitted by applicable law.
The Service Provider retains all intellectual property rights in the Application, including its code, design, trademarks, service marks, trade names, logos, and branding. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use the Service Provider's trademarks or branding. You agree not to remove, alter, or obscure any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices displayed in or on the Application.
By accessing the Application, you represent that you are legally permitted to do so in your jurisdiction and are at least 16 years of age (or the applicable age of digital consent in your jurisdiction). If you are below this age, a parent or legal guardian must review and accept these Terms on your behalf.
Where the Application permits users to post, share, or upload content, you agree not to submit content that:
The Service Provider reserves the right to remove or disable access to content that violates these guidelines, suspend or terminate accounts of repeat violators, cooperate with law enforcement regarding illegal content, and moderate or filter content that breaches these Terms or applicable law.
By submitting content, you grant the Service Provider a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use, reproduce, distribute, and display that content in connection with the Application and its operations. This licence does not permit the Service Provider to sell or sublicense your content independently. You represent that you own or control all rights in any content you submit.
Content submitted may be visible to other users or the public depending on Application functionality. If you believe content violates these Terms or your rights, report it to sridharkumaresan4@gmail.com.
The Application uses the following third-party services, each of which has its own terms:
Certain features of the Application require an active internet connection. The Service Provider is not responsible for the Application's performance where Wi-Fi is unavailable or your mobile data allowance has been exhausted.
If you use the Application outside your home territory, standard roaming charges from your mobile provider may apply. It is your responsibility to keep your device sufficiently charged. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have under applicable consumer protection laws that cannot be lawfully excluded.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Service Provider shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including lost profits, data loss, or business interruption — even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

Where liability may be limited, the Service Provider's total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim, or the statutory minimum, whichever is greater. Where the Application is provided free of charge, liability is limited to the minimum amount permitted by applicable law.
The Service Provider accepts no liability for loss arising from your reliance on third-party information provided through the Application, or for inaccuracies in third-party content.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Service Provider, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms or your intentional misuse of the Application.
This indemnification does not apply to claims arising from the Service Provider's own negligence, breach of these Terms, or violation of applicable law.
The Service Provider may update the Application from time to time. Continued use may require you to install available updates. The Service Provider does not guarantee ongoing compatibility with all operating system versions.
The Service Provider reserves the right to discontinue the Application at any time. Upon termination, all licences granted under these Terms will end and you must cease using the Application.
The Service Provider may also suspend or terminate your access if you materially breach these Terms. Where the breach is capable of remedy, you will be given 14 days' written notice to cure it. Immediate suspension or termination without notice may occur where you violate applicable law, infringe intellectual property rights, or engage in activity harmful to other users.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Service Provider is established, excluding conflict-of-law rules, except where mandatory consumer protection laws provide otherwise.
Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms will be resolved before the courts with jurisdiction under applicable law. Nothing in this clause limits any right you may have to bring a claim in a competent court under mandatory law.
Where the Application qualifies as an intermediary service under Regulation (EU) 2022/2065 ("DSA"), the following provisions apply.
Point of Contact: The Service Provider maintains a single point of contact for EU authorities and users at sridharkumaresan4@gmail.com.
Content Moderation and Statement of Reasons: When the Service Provider restricts content, suspends, or terminates an account, a clear and specific statement of reasons will be provided to the affected user, including the nature of the restriction, the legal or contractual basis, and available redress options, in accordance with Article 17 of the DSA.
Notice and Action: Notices of allegedly illegal content may be submitted via the contact details in these Terms. Notices will be processed promptly and diligently, with human review where circumstances require, in accordance with Article 16 of the DSA.
Out-of-Court Dispute Settlement: Disputes regarding content moderation decisions may be referred to a certified out-of-court dispute settlement body under Article 21 of the DSA. This does not affect your right to seek judicial remedy.
Transparency Reporting: Periodic transparency reports are available upon request at sridharkumaresan4@gmail.com, in accordance with Article 24 of the DSA.
If any provision of these Terms is held invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, it shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable. All remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and the Service Provider regarding your use of the Application and supersede any prior agreements or understandings on the same subject matter.
The Service Provider may update these Terms periodically. Updated Terms will be posted here with a revised effective date, and you will be notified of material changes where required by law. Previous versions are available upon request at sridharkumaresan4@gmail.com.
